A conformation email is sent when your order ships, with your tracking number. If you do not recieve this conformation please check your spam mailbox first. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.
If there is an item you would like me to reserve for you feel free to contact me. I will be glad to work with you when I can.
Be advised though, all products are live and for sale until placed on hold. There is no way for me to guarantee an item will not sell prior to being placed on hold.
Also once placed on reserve we can only hold your request for 48 hours. Afterwards the item will be placed for sale if not purchased by you.
Yes I do for orders over $150.00.
Feel free to contact me with your request. There is a $5.00 service charge for layaways and we will need to agree on payments not to exceed 4 payments, or a time period of 1 month layaway.
Also be advised,
I will place the item you are interested in on reserve for 48 hours while we discuss arrangements. After which the item will be returned to my shop for sale if you have not made your first payment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase contact me within 5 days of your delivery to discuss your return.
Return shipping is the customers responsibility, and items must be returned in undamaged condition.
It is strongly advised that returns be insured for your protection as Estates in Time can not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Items negotiated to a lower price are not returnable.
First of all don’t worry, your covered. Every shipment from Estates in time is fully insured.
Second, don’t throw anything away. This includes the shipping box and packing material.
Contact me with your information. We will need photos of the damaged product, any damage to the shipping box, and a picture of the packing material to file your claim with the post office,
I will personally work with you to get your damage claim worked out as quickly as possible.
Once you ship your return it will take approximately 5 bueiness days to receive your package and inspect the return for any damage.
Once we have cleared your return your credit cardwill promptly be credited your refund.
