Estates in Time currently collects State Sales Tax for North Carolina currently 6.75%.

Processing Time

The time I need to process your order for shipping is generally 1 – 3 days. I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please let me know if a special delivery date is needed. I will do my best to meet your needs.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Estimated Shipping Time

The US Postal Service estimates delivery of Priority Mail to be in 2 – 3 days, and for Priority Express to be 1 – 2 days. But USPS Does Not guarantee delivery dates for either service.
For this reason I would advise to allow for 3 – 5 days shipping time when placing your order.

Countries Shipped To

At this time Estates in Time only ships to the United States.

Payment Options

Braintree Card Services

Your credit information is securely handled by Braintree Card Services. Estates in Time will never receive any of your credit card information.

Package Received Damaged

Packages do get damaged from time to time.. Estates in Time insures every package for this reason. If this happens you will receive a full refund. There are however some steps you need to take to receive your refund.
  • First, contact me within 2 days of receiving a damaged package.
  • Supply me with photos of the damaged item and include photos of any damage to the outside of the shipping box. Please include photos of the packing material as well.
  • Finally Do Not throw any part of your shipment away until the insurance claim is settled

I Gladly Except Returns

Just Contact me within 5 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
For your safety, it is strongly advised that all return packages be insured. Estates in Time cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Notice:
Items which were negotiated to a lower price are not returnable.

Cancellations

Generally Estates in Time ships very fast. Due to this, most often we are not able to accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Again, insurance is strongly advised on all return packages. Estates in Time cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.

Estates in Time will only use customer information to fulfill orders. Your personal information (name and address) as provided to me will only be used by me as needed to provide my services. I may use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:

(a) respond to legal process or to government requests (i.e. taxes)

(b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies;

(c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues;

(d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.

I have no access to your payment account details: Braintree Payments and PayPal is used to process your financial information independently of me.  Your transaction information will be stored on the Braintree system as long as my store uses Braintree or until Braintree deletes it. I will not spam you or solicit you using the information provided to me.
